It shouldn’t be a secret how a Realtor plans to market your home to the public. Here is my 10 Step Marketing Plan I will use to Sell Your Home! 10 Step Marketing Plan

  1. PROFESSIONAL PICTURES: Listing Pictures are a buyer’s first impression and will determine if they want to view your home in person.  So they need to be GREAT!  That’s why I hire a Professional Photographer to take incredible pictures of your home.   2. THE PERFECT LISTING DESCRIPTION: It should take time and effort to create the perfect listing description and it’s extremely worthwhile to get it right. The Listing Description I create is a buyer’s window into your home that will showcase its fabulous features and make buyers want to come see your home and fall in love for themselves.
  3. ONLINE EXPOSURE: Your home will be listed on popular sites such as Zillow,, Trulia, and over 50 other Real Estate websites! 
  4. SOCIAL MEDIA EXPOSURE:  I will share your home on my Facebook Business Page as well as my personal Facebook page. I have over 600 people in the Downriver Area that follow my business page Warrington Group Real Estate. Very few Realtors have this type of exposure and interaction.  All of the Likes & Shares I receive on your home drives traffic to your listing and creates more showings.   5. MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS): Your home will be listed on the MLS for all buyers that are working with Realtors to see. Over 89% of buyers purchased their homes using a Real Estate Agent.
  6. VIDEO MARKETING: I include a professional video walk through of your home that is shared along with your Professional Photos to all the real estate sites discussed above.
  7. LIST REPORTS: This is an online Marketing Tool that gives your home a website so buyers can get information such as neighborhood restaurants, local attractions, things to do in the area, reports on the local public schools, a mortgage payment calculator, and contact information for a loan officer.   9. OPEN HOUSE: I will put your listing in the newspaper and advertise your Open House across all media listed above. I also put out Real Estate One Open House Signs throughout the neighborhood directing traffic to your home. I implement what I call the “10/10/20 Strategy” which gets the neighborhood involved in selling your home.   10. WEEKLY UPDATES: Communication is Key and it happens to be my strong point. I will give you weekly updates as well as suggestions on strategy and provide you with Listing Activity Reports showing you how your home is showing in the current market and what similar houses are doing for comparison.  I make it a point to be available to my clients and I pride myself on my attention to detail.
